Scott began his career In 1976 as a loan officer at age 21. After fifteen years in lending, Scott shifted from being an owner of a small mortgage company to real estate sales and investment. This is when he met Real Estate Attorney William Turner. For over twenty years, Scott and Attorney Turner have helped thousands of clients. During difficult economic times like we face today, Scott and William have helped clients using “Seller Carry Financing” and “Private Party Financing”, finding ways to keep sales pushing through even when the banks said no.
Everyone knows that banks currently are not very interested in making Real Estate Loans. Why should they be when the interest rates are so low? Very few applications are being approved.

Scott has been busy for the past thirty-five years with combined experience in Lending , Real Estate , Escrow, Real Estate Law, 1031 Exchanges, Probate, Appraiser, and Expert Witness for the Courts. He has served as Director for the National Association of REALTORS, California Association of REALTORS, and President of MRMLS – a 30,000 member Multiple Listing Service in Southern California.
